The Staybridge Suites Times Square has some appealing aspects, like spacious rooms and a great location near major attractions. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a lack of functional elevators and poor customer service. While the breakfast was decent, I encountered several maintenance issues and cleanliness problems during my stay which were quite disappointing.
